Orders

By placing an order you confirm the information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

We currently accept cash on delivery. Payment is collected by our delivery partner at the time of handover.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier.

Unopened items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Opened items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless the product is defective.

Always patch-test new cosmetic products. If you experience irritation, discontinue use and consult a professional.
